YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy notice
This notice explains how quotation enquiries and photographs are handled by this website.
Who handles your information
MJ Construction & Handyman Services, founded by Marko Venter, uses information you provide to respond to enquiries and discuss work. For questions or requests about your information, contact info@mjconstruction.co.za or +27 87 153 7033.
What the quote form collects
The form asks for your name, email, phone number, town or suburb, required service and job description. You may also provide a preferred contact method, preferred date and photographs. You can contact MJ directly instead of using the form.
How enquiries and photos are handled
Your enquiry is sent to MJ’s email inbox, with any photographs attached. The website does not create a separate permanent database of enquiries or photographs. Uploaded files are temporarily processed by the hosting server. The form checks file type and size; it does not remove embedded photo metadata. Share only information and photos needed to explain the work, and avoid including sensitive documents or other people’s personal information.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Enquiry emails and attachments remain in the company’s mailbox and may be used when preparing quotations or carrying out agreed work. Contact MJ if you would like to request correction or deletion of your information.
Hosting and external services
The website and email are hosted by xneelo. MJ also accesses its email through Outlook. Hosting and email services may process technical logs and backups. Google reviews displayed on this website are added manually and dated when updated. Links to Google, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Cookies and security
The quote form uses an essential session cookie to protect submissions. The server temporarily records hashed network identifiers and submission times to limit repeated requests. No advertising trackers or analytics have been added to this website.
Your requests
Contact info@mjconstruction.co.za to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Requests will be considered alongside any records needed for ongoing work or applicable obligations.
